About the Property Care Association
The Property Care Association (PCA®) is the UK’s leading trade association for property care representing specialists within areas such as dampness in buildings, woodworm/timber decay, structural waterproofing, invasive weed control, domestic ventilation, ground gas and flood restoration across the UK.
As the industry voice for the sectors we represent, the PCA works closely with its members, government departments, academic institutions and other industry bodies with the aim of promoting best practice to members and other contractors while helping to protect homeowners/consumers.
