Professional Users of
Biocides Register
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) references a professional user as: “people using biocides in the course of their job or business, who have received appropriate information, instruction and training in their use”. In response to this, the Property Care Association (PCA), has developed an initiative to ensure those who have received training and assessment in the safe use of these important and effective preservatives can be identified and verified. This is known as the ‘Professional Biocide User Register’.
